St. Rose of Lima Festival-2009

Sta. Rosa de Lima Church will be holding its annual Hispanic festival Thursday, July 30^th thru Sunday, Aug. 2^nd. Our festival offers a variety of Hispanic traditions, casino games, kids corner (face painting, clown, etc.), and most importantly, an outstanding assortment of the best Hispanic Cuisine in this area. There will be live entertainment Sat. & Sun.- Los Boyz Del Merengue and DJ Papiro every night. Thurs., Aug. 2^nd is “Idol Night”. Anyone can enter, “no age limit”. The contest will begin at 7:00 p.m. and judges will narrow it down to the top 5 contestants, which will then come back Sat. night, Aug. 1^st, to perform once more and then the public will determine the winner! Top prize is $150, 2^nd-$100, and 3^rd-$75.00. Deadline to enter is July 28. Please call Nancy at (330) 629-9073 or (330) 398-9422 to register.
